CEO David Hayes
David is a very experienced trader, practitioner and trainer. He has been employed in senior Treasury positions within both banks and multi-national corporate institutions. David has over twenty years trading experience covering a whole range of financial instruments, derivatives and markets both Exchange Traded and OTC, having spent two years as a futures trader on both Comex and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Before joining Chisholm Roth, David was a Director of Prebon Marshall Yamane, a premier institutional broker with 30 offices worldwide and also Managing Director of Prebon Training Services. David has focused on new product development and emerging market issues for the last ten years and has provided bespoke consultancy and training solutions to both international and domestic financial institutions Central Banks and Government Agencies in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
David led the team that won a National Training Award from the DfEE, CBI and IPD. This is a competitive Government sponsored scheme that recognizes excellence in training design, development and delivery.
Training Director Chris Louch
Chris Louch is a respected Consultant and Trainer within the Derivatives industry, having held senior Trading and Risk Management positions within a number of major financial institutions.
Following a Graduate Trainee position with Lloyds and early career development with Chase Manhattan, he became Executive Director responsible for Arbitrage Trading at Sanwa International in the mid 1980's. He was responsible for developing and managing all aspects of pricing and managing structured arbitrage packages across the Rates and Credit markets.
Chris holds the position of Training Director for the Chisholm Roth group of companies and is responsible for course design, delivery and trainer selection. He also plays a key role in the development of both of our simulations, Risk Manager Trading Simulation™ and Portfolio Optimiser plus the creation of Magellan On-line Learning ®, Chisholm Roth's library of financial e-Learning content.
Director of IT Gareth Rout
Gareth Rout joined Chisholm Roth in 2000 and he has been instrumental in the continued successful development of the training solutions delivered to clients throughout the world. Gareth is responsible for implementing and supporting our Magellan online learning course material, and our market simulations; Risk Manager Trading Simulation and Portfolio Optimiser Asset Management Simulation. Gareth also manages the Fast Course Development Platform.
Director of Sales Bryan Hall
Bryan Hall joined Chisholm Roth in July 2007 after returning from a well earned sabbatical which involved traveling round the world. After training as a teacher Bryan has spent most of his life in successful sales and sales management roles working for IT and Telecommunications companies; Xerox, IT&T, Digital Equipment (DEC), Cable & Wireless, Telecom Italia. From 1999-2005 Bryan worked with many leading UK financial institutions and regulators on their crucial Business Continuity Planning.
Director of Marketing Rosemary Charles
Rosemary has spent the last 18 years in financial training sales, marketing and development, both online and classroom based courses and assessment, in various parts of the globe, including, Australia, Hong Kong, Africa and the UK. Her main emphasis has been predominately in small but growing international training organisations with a view to establishing a new line of business or expanding into new regional markets. Her training career was preceded by a period in banking and funds management with Salomon Brothers Intl in the UK. After Salomon Brothers, Rosemary worked for InterSec, Euromoney plc, Lombard Risk and Zoologic in senior roles.
