Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of The Application, or any portion of it, may result in severe criminal or civil penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law. The Application was created by Chisholm Roth & Company Ltd. ("The Authors") using components developed by The Authors or supplied by third parties. The Authors reserve copyrights to the HTML navigation engine, including framesets, menu controls, JavaScripts, dynamic HTML behaviours, pricing models developed for The Application using Microsoft® Excel ("The Models") and all text and pictures contained in The Application, including logical layout and structure.

The Application is owned by The Authors, who hold all intellectual and property rights. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of The Application. The Application is delivered to you AS IS and The Authors make no warrants as to its use or performance. The Authors and their suppliers do not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using The Application or its components. In no event will The Authors or their suppliers be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or special damages, including any lost profits or lost savings, arising from the use of The Application. This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of England.

The medium on which The Application is distributed certified to free from defect at the time of shipping. Should you discover a problem installing or running the application from the supplied media, please contact us for technical assistance.
